Ostello Bello Lake Como

I had such a great stay at this hotel! the location is unbeatable, right at the shore of the beautiful lake. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make me feel at home. I particularly loved the attention to detail in the rooms, such as the balcony facing the garden, perfect for couples seeking a romantic getaway. And the best part? The rooms even offer free Netflix, so I could unwind and watch my favorite shows after a long day of exploring the city. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the delicious breakfast with those fluffy eggs - a perfect start to the day!

No complaints, everything was just fine!

Great location by public transportation, amazing installations with a secret garden, clean rooms and bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, friendly staff. Looking forward to returning!

The accommodation was in a convenient location, with easy access to shops and restaurants. the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was decent enough. the staff were friendly and provided guests with useful amenities such as umbrellas.

The noise level was sometimes disturbing to guests, especially in the evening, and the beds were not always comfortable.

We had an very nice stay at Ostello Bello in Como! The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The ambiance was amazing, with a lively bar and plenty of activities to enjoy. Our room and bathroom werenice and neat, and we had a great view from the window. The location was perfect, with easy access to the train station, lake, and city center.

The only minor drawbacks were some noise around midnight and limited non-alcoholic drink options at the bar. these were small issues compared to the overall amazing experience we had at Ostello Bello.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff were amazing and spoke multiple languages. The cleanliness standards were top-notch, and the facilities were great. The location was perfect, near transportation and the lake. The breakfast was delicious and the staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.

I gotta say, I definitely got my money's worth at this hostel. The room was clean and modern, and the location was spot-on with easy access to the train stations and bus stop. The staff, especially Yasmin, the young boy, Francesca, and the friendly bar guy, were awesome and always helpful.

The breakfast selection could use a bit more variety.

Excellent value for money. Great location between two train stations and near the lake. The basic amenities are elevated by the attention to detail: individual bathrooms on the ground level and balconies overlooking the garden. Breakfast was a delight with fluffy eggs.

Had an awesome experience during Christmas! Being a solo traveler, I found the atmosphere very warm and welcoming. the breakfast was amazing and they even had complimentary drinks on arrival. the location was perfect, just a hop away from public transportation and local destinations can be easily traveled to. the common area was well-maintained and had lots of activities to keep me occupied. the staff were very friendly and efficient, catering to all my needs. I most enjoyed the secret garden, such a nice space to relax!

The dorms did not have enough bathrooms for six people, so it was a struggle during the morning rush hour. I also found some of the older guests and families to be out of place in a hostel aimed at young adults.

The hostel offered complimentary breakfast and dinner which was a great way to save some cash while traveling. The location was prime, with easy access to a beautiful park and the heart of the city. The lively bar scene was also a plus, attracting a fun and friendly crowd.

On occasion, the noise level in the hostel could be disruptive, particularly with young children present. the cleanliness of the sleeping quarters wasn't always quite up to par.
